Laurier Québec is proud of the many eco-friendly actions it has put in place :

• Laurier Québec composts more than 200 tons per year.
• A waste sorting room was set up in the foodcourt.
• From 2011 to 2018, Laurier Québec reduced its residual materials by 20%.
• The collection of recyclable and compostable materials is done every day at the doors of every store.
• Construction materials, light bulbs, batteries, metals and small electronics are recycled.

Accredited by the BOMA BEST program, an organization that evaluates the environmental performance of building managers and operators, Laurier Québec has been implementing initiatives for several years with the objective of recycling cardboard, paper and glass at a 70% rate.

Plastic bottles and glass recycling containers are clearly identified in the foodcourt and centre aisles. Also, operational equipment has been developed and deployed to enable continuous monitoring of energy and water consumption.

Laurier Québec is proud to be accredited BOMA OR and ICI ON RECYCLE LEVEL 2.

Laurier Québec always wants to serve its customers better and take concrete action to preserve the environment. That's why charging stations were installed on level A of the Hochelaga car park, in the exterior parking lot opposite the entrance # 20 and in the parking lot opposite Laurier Boulevard near the entrance # 5, at the disposal of electric car users.

AddÉnergie and Ivanhoé Cambridge thank the users for the great success of these RéseauVERTM sites and wish to reiterate their deep commitment to the use of electric vehicles in Canada.

These electrical terminals are part of the network developed by AddÉnergie, a Canadian provider of electric vehicle charging solutions that includes numerous public charging stations in several cities across the province.

An exclusive drop-off point for Laurier Québec customers to vacate or take possession of an Auto-mobile self-service vehicle has been set up in the Laurier Québec parking lot at the junction of Germain-des-Prés Avenue and Laurier Boulevard.

Customers and employees of Laurier Québec can get there with an Auto-mobile vehicle that can be used by other users afterwards. An additional alternative to the personal car, which can be combined with public transport, taxi or walking.
