COVID - 19 Policies and Procedures
The health and safety of our visitors, tenants, their employees and their customers are our number one priority. We are committed to maintaining Laurier Québec in keeping with the industry’s highest cleanliness standards, and we comply with the protocols and guidelines established by public health and governmental authorities.
As of July 18, face masks or coverings are mandatory at our shopping centre.
Hand soap dispensers and the hand sanitizer dispensers are available at designated locations throughout our property. We have implemented rigorous sanitization procedures for washrooms, tables, door handles, and other high-touch surfaces with increased frequency.
Please help us keep our property safe and do not enter if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: Cough, Difficulty Breathing, Fever.
We require a 2 meters distance to be maintained between all individuals in the property. We ask that all social distancing arrows be respected and will limit elevators to two people at a time. Guest Services will be open June 1st during regular shopping centre hours with new plexiglass guards and other physical distancing measures in place.
As of October 1st, the food court seating and the restaurant dining areas at Laurier Québec will be temporarily inaccessible, in order to comply with the latest directives issued by the Québec government. Take out remains available.
Opened and Closed Entrances:
The majority of the mall entrances will be accessible to the public. The following entries will be temporarily closed: SS9, S11, S9, 8, 9, 11 and 11E.

Most parking zones will be accessible to visitors. The parking lots that will be closed are located at the underground levels on the side of boulevard Hochelaga, as well as on the street level behind the former Sears.
